These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the OP Scan mobile application (the “Application”) made available by Lowly Apps (Adrien Carvalot) (the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by the Service Provider.
The Application, including its software, design, layout, text, features, databases, and other original content created by the Service Provider, is and remains the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
Certain names, images, logos, card artwork, trademarks, and other content displayed through the Application may belong to third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.
These Terms do not transfer to you any ownership rights in the Application or in any related intellectual property.
The Application may display names, card titles, card images, logos, and other materials relating to third-party intellectual property, including content associated with the ONE PIECE Card Game, for informational, identification, cataloguing, and user reference purposes only.
All such third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners. Nothing in the Application or these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any user any right, title, or interest in or to such third-party intellectual property.
The Application is an independent and unofficial companion tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the owners of the ONE PIECE Card Game intellectual property, except where expressly stated otherwise.
If you are a rights holder and believe that any content available through the Application infringes your rights, you may contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove or modify content in response to such requests.
